For couples who have begun planning but want expert guidance on design, logistics and vendor coordination to bring their vision to life beautifully.
What you’ll receive:
- Everything in the Day/Month-of coordination package, plus:
- Regular check-in meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) to review your progress, clarify decisions, keep you on schedule and help reduce stress.
- Design concept development: Together we’ll define your mood/vision, colour palette, aesthetics (decor foundations that enhance the overall appearance), décor style, floor plans for ceremony and reception, and a cohesive look from A to Z.
- Customized Mood Board – Visual representation of both the bride and grooms wedding vision – capturing the colors, style, design elements and overall elements that contribute to the overall desired atmosphere.
- Vendor preparation & support: I’ll help you refine your vendor shortlist, provide recommendations, review contracts (as needed), and together we will coordinate with them so they align with your vision.
- Site visits & layout planning: I’ll join you (or visit on your behalf) at your venues to plan furniture layout, décor placement, flow and logistics.
- Extensive floor plan designs – Visual enhancement for your wedding ceremony, venue layout, arbor/backdrop, lighting, reception space, decor/uplighting.
- Design-day supervision: I’ll oversee the setup of décor (yours or your rentals) so that everything looks and functions beautifully.
- Clear timelines and guest-flow plans: From ceremony processional through reception events (cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, dancing), all sequenced and managed.
- Your personalities and story reflected in the design: Not just pretty décor, but meaningful touches that resemble you and yours.
