• Unlimited check-in and support: I’ll be your primary point of contact—phone/email/text—for all planning questions, big or small.
• Budget monitoring and guidance: I’ll provide tools/checklists to help you track expenses, evaluate priorities, and stay on target.
• Comprehensive vendor search & management: I’ll proactively research, recommend, coordinate, and negotiate with vendors that match your style, budget and needs.
• Guest-experience design: Beyond décor, I’ll evaluate flow, guest comfort, ceremony to reception transition, timeline for your guests’ ease, lighting & ambiance, signage logistics, and more.
• Full design production: From conceptualization through execution—mood boards, floor plan creation, rentals, lighting, floral direction, table-top styling, and installation oversight.
• Day-of FULL coverage: Covering all the action of the day, vendor management, intricate planning/coordination/design, teardown assist/supervision, venue load-out, and final logistics wrap-up.
• Post-event follow-up: I’ll ensure all vendors are paid (if appropriate), items returned, and any loose ends tied up so you truly can relax after your “I do.”
