• Rehearsal facilitation: On the rehearsal day I will guide your wedding party through the processional/recessional so everyone knows their cue. 
• On-site coordination on the wedding day (typically 8-12 hours): I’ll arrive, be your point person for all vendors, oversee set-up (with your décor), manage the flow of the ceremony and reception, cue the wedding party, track the timeline, and handle any unexpected hiccups.
• Guest & vendor liaison: I’ll greet and direct guests, help vendors with logistics, and communicate with your venue and vendor teams.
• Emergency kit & troubleshooting: I’ll bring a well-stocked kit of backup basics (safety pins, stain-remover, tape, etc.) and problem-solve behind the scenes so you don’t have to.
• Unlimited Communication via phone/text/email.
• Post-ceremony: I’ll help ensure any personal items, card box, and gifts are collected and delivered as you prefer.
